I love knowing that I am providing my body (and my families body's) with what I believe is the best form of Vitamin A and D. Now, I personally haven't tried the Butter Oil blend because of my Diary Sensitivity/Allergy, but if you can handle dairy, this is a very nutrient rich supplement I highly recommend.
